Sales Executives work directly with clients Account Executives and underwriters to grow a book of business with an emphasis on client relations service and teamwork.Our Small BusinessSales Executivesspecialize in businesses that are below $20000 in revenueandsell the HUB value proposition are a face of HUB in our communities and will model the Midwest East culture and values.Job Responsibilities:Prospect new business organically through various effortsincluding:cold-calling networking association memberships social media and moreMaintain andaccuratelog of client information and prospecting efforts in relevant HUB systems including COREMeet established activity and sales goals as agreed upon by the CSOParticipates in the servicing of accountsmaintainingcommunications and collaboration with team members as necessary toretainand service our clientsAttendappropriateand applicable educational opportunities as needed tomaintainposition knowledge and licensingMaintain positive relationships with carriersPerform all other duties as assignedCultural Expectations:Determination: Unsatisfied until we are the best.
