Position Criteria:Demonstrate aptitude for performing tasks listedMust exhibit ethical practices and be a role model to studentsSuch alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptablePerformance Criteria:Assist head coach with the recruitment auditioning and rostering of student participants into speech team categoriesAssist head coach with mentoring and supervising student Team Leads assigned to categoryObtain plan and prepare performance materials as assigned by head coach; obtain performance rights as necessaryConduct rehearsals and work with students in conceptualizing the material developing vocal and physical delivery blocking and other technical and artistic areas of presentationCoordinate necessary technical needs which may include set props and costumesSupport performers at contestsDocument student concerns and behavior; consult with head coachCommunicate schedule and rehearsal information with parents and guardiansAssist head coach with the execution of home-sponsored contestsEnhance coaching development by attending summer workshops fall conventions spring meetings and other enrichment opportunities which may include becoming a certified IHSSA judgePromote the program through district and public awarenessConsult with parents head coach and/or administrators regarding discipline issues as neededKeep the head coach and districts administration informed of matters deemed necessary Key Skills Campaigns,Data Entry,Christmas Temporary,Advocacy,Control Engineering Employment Type : Part-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
