Snack Bar Attendant at Bentwater Yacht & Country Club

This is a part time role hours are 6:30am-4:00pm two or three days per weekJob Overview: The Snack Bar Attendant reports to the Food and Beverage Managers and is responsible for providing prompt and efficient service according to Bentwater Yacht & Country Club standards.Job Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDMust be above 18 years of age.Prior restaurant or customer service experience highly preferred TABC (Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission) certification must be completed within 10 days of start dateMust obtain Food Handlers certification within 10 days of startOn the job training provided upon employmentLearn Jonas software and use proficiently Accurately count changePossess a positive and professional attitude at all timesEssential Job Functions:Prepare cook to order menu itemsServe food and beverages available in the snack bar via counter serviceServes alcoholic beverage in accordance with the TABC.Cleans up after guest maintains cleanliness of Snack Bar dining area.Fill necessary condiment dispensers maintains and preps dispensers for service.Order supplies daily as needed and reports deficiencies to F&B Manager.Secure snack bar before leaving.Maintain an atmosphere of positive employee morale.Prepares closing reports and drops daily sales receipts and cash at the Front Office.Prepare accurate sales reports and related paperwork.Insure the highest quality of food and beverage service.
