Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob descriptionWalk Salt Crew / Landscape Technician – Columbus, OHProScape Lawn & Landscape Services is a regional leader with over 20 years in commercial landscaping. We are hiring for a Walk Salt Crew team member that will transition into a Landscape Technician in the Spring. Pay & Incentives:Base pay from $18.50/hr.Snow premiums: +$2/hr. for shoveling PLUS 25% snow bonus paid @ the end of snow season$500 sign-on bonus (paid in two installments)Safety gear providedAdvancement opportunitiesWhat You'll Do:Salt, and/or shovel snowTrim, Edge, Mulch, Spring and Fall CleanupsMaintain quality and safety in all workCommunicate with dispatch during weather eventsWork on-call during winter storms (nights/weekends as needed)What We're Looking For:Ability to work in extreme temperaturesReliable work ethic and urgencyStrong communicationDetail oriented and adaptableSpanish bilingual skills valuedJob Type: FulltimeHours: approx. 40 hrs.
