The food is all fresh every day everything is made that morning.In order to be eligible for an interview in addition to completing an application please complete the survey linked below: ManagementOwn the Content Management & Curation cycleExecute a distinct strategy for each social media platform (TikTok Instagram Youtube X Threads Facebook etc.)Collaborate with local staff leaders and communities on local content for all social platformsStay up to date with industry trends social media algorithm changes and emerging platforms to keep our strategy freshInfluencer Management / Content CreationIdentify engage and manage relationships with relevant local influencersMaintain approved budget allocations for all influencers Platform OptimizationIncrease organic visibility across all social platformsDevelop strategies and timelines to improve performance on underutilized platformsKeep all social profiles up to date with current information/imageryAnalytics and ReportingMonitor analyze and report on social media performance and reviewsPlatform Expert:Be the company expert regarding public facing platformsCommunity ManagementStrengthen and manage Tazikis online community taking both guests and staff into accountMaintain necessary chatbot and automated responsesRespond to direct messages comments and communications across platformsServe as the social media customer service point of contactQualifications:3-5 years of experience working directly with social media for a brandBachelors degree in marketing or related fieldExperience working with multiple social media platformsExcellent organization multi-tasking and time management skillsExperience with graphic design and video editing is a plusKnowledge of social media platforms trends and best practicesFamiliarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics social media insights) is a plusCompetency in Adobe Photoshop preferredCreative thinker with a strong attention to detailYour Working Conditions / Hours:Monday - Friday.
