Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Social Skills Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Tuesdays and Thursdays 5-7 pm Starting Tuesday, January 27th Location: Bridgeton, MOPay: $18–$23/hour based on experience and certificationAbout UsLatitude Therapy provides high-quality, compassionate, and individualized ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. We’re looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians who are passionate about making a difference and want to grow their careers in the field of ABA.ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settingsFollow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBARun skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracyCollect and record data on client behavior and progressSubmit session notes and documentation as requiredCommunicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisorsSupport clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene)Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols providedRequirements:RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredRBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)At least 2 years of ABA experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insuranceMust be able to pass background checksComfortable working with children with special needsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and physically respond in crisis situationsBilingual candidates encouraged to apply
