Job Description

Liberty Healthcare is hiring for multiple Benefits Advisor positions which will support a national helpline for older adults and caregivers.As a Benefits Advisor you will use a person-centered approach to engage individuals in conversations that focus on their current situation needs preferences resources and level of knowledge about accessing various benefits. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:Fielding a high volume of phone calls and online chats Talking with individuals and caregiversConducting assessments to determine individuals goals and preferencesIdentifying health and safety concernsProviding information and answering questionsEducating people about available resources and facilitating referralsDocumenting interactions and relevant information in computer systemsThis is a remote position which will allow you to work from your home office.The help line will operate Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (Central Time). Work schedules will be established within those parameters.Full-time part-time and as needed schedules are available.
