Job Title: Social Worker - Child ProtectionLocation: WestminsterPay Rate: 39.04 per hourJob Description:Liquid Personnel is hiring a Social Worker for its clients Child Protection team in Westminster.What will your responsibilities beConduct assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs.Develop and implement child protection plans in collaboration with multi-agency teams.Undertake statutory visits and maintain accurate up-to-date case records.Intervene in crisis situations to ensure the immediate safety of children.Attend and contribute to child protection conferences core groups and court proceedings.Work closely with families to promote positive change and improve outcomes for children.Liaise with schools health professionals police and other agencies to coordinate support.Provide written reports and evidence for legal proceedings when required.Monitor and review cases regularly to ensure progress and compliance with care plans.Advocate for the rights and welfare of children and young people.Qualifications & Experience:To be successful in this role you must haveSocial Work England registrationEligible to work in the UKHold a full UK driving licencePost-qualified experienceDegree level or equivalent in Social WorkWhy Liquid PersonnelFree DBS and compliance serviceTwice weekly payroll and Faster Pay service getting you paid more quicklyAccess to exclusive roles that arent available from other agenciesFree access to Liquids exclusive social work training and CPD portalYour own dedicated consultant with extensive social work knowledgeAccess to a wide selection of social work positions across the UKRefer a Friend bonus get 500 for each social worker you refer who we successfully place*Find your own job bonus get 250 for bringing your own position to us *Liquid Personnel is an equal opportunities employer.
