EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE      Master’s degree in social work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)       At least two (2) years of experience in a medical or behavioral health settingLICENSES, REGISTRATIONS OR CERTIFICATIONSLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW-S) in the State of Texas requiredJob Description:Social Work Clinician - Practice is characterized by independent decision-making and a consistent approach to holistic patient care.  The LCSW functions within the interdisciplinary team and initiates action to address patient care concerns.  Serves as a clinical leader and has broad experience and advanced knowledge and skills. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, as applicable to assigned patient population(s)Establishes and maintains effective therapeutic relationships with patients and interdisciplinary team members in assigned setting(s).
