We are now seeking afull-timeMedical Social Workerto workwithbothHome Health and Adult Hospice patientsin theSan Luis Obispo-Coast area (San Luis Obispo Los Osos Morro Bay Cambria).This individual will be working in our Hospice and Home Health Program with a lot of autonomy and flexibility while also receiving meaningful direction and supervision from an LCSW.
