State of Ohio Teachers Certificate (preferred not required)2. Coaching and administrative abilities3. Obtain Pupil Activity Supervision Validation & CPR Certification4. Ability to relate to and inspire young athletes5. Knowledge of the care of and prevention of athletic injuries6. Organizational skills/resources to enhance the program7. Skill in oral presentations8. Able to get along with other coaches9. Desire to invest time during season10. Knowledge of training and conditioning techniques11. Ability to diagnose player deficiencies/prescribe corrective activities12.
