Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYResponsible to tear down, set up, clean, and operate assigned equipment. Additional duties will be to follow all standard operating procedures and work instructions for performing the inspection role.MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be able to understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operating ProceduresMust be able to perform repetitive tasks accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPossess effective verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to follow regulatory and company policies and guidelinesProficient in basic mathAbility to use computers for data entry, and labor reportingDemonstrated attention to Quality and SafetyOTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Adheres to existing corporate policies and procedures in the production department, including Regulatory, Quality, Safety, cGMP’s, and Good Housekeeping guidelines and programs Follows all batch ticket instructions and steps for inspection purposesConducts assigned work in a safe manner and adheres to Company safety regulations and policiesConducts accurate inventory/material transactions in a timely fashionMeets or exceeds daily production goalsFollows proper equipment/room quality clearances to ensure a high-quality productMaintains neat, concise, and accurate records for all associated documentationIdentifies, and elevates issues adequatelyAbility to effectively communicate in English via speaking, writing, and readingPerform other job duties and responsibilities, as assignedWORK ENVIRONMENTA large percentage of the time is spent in the production area where noise level can be moderate to highDuties are performed primarily in a smoke-free manufacturing environmentPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and reachRegularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.RequirementsMINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONSBenefitsProCaps provide : A competitive starting rate of $19 per hour!
