As part of our agile development team youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and maintain new features improve UI/UX and optimize performance.The RoleYou will develop responsive resilient scalable and high-quality software using React TypeScript and GraphQL and various other tools/libraries.You will balance the trade-offs between complex infrastructure investments and quick pragmatic solutions to meet specific business needs.You will collaborate with other engineering and stakeholders to define design and develop projects.You will mentor and guide other junior engineersYou will use approved AI code generation tools to document architect and create codeAbout You3 years of professional full stack software development experience developing full-stack customer-facing applications.Proven track record of designing building and maintaining scalable high-performance web applications.You love elegant interfaces that can tell stories and inspire trust.You have experience using AI code generation tools tools such as GitHub CoPilot Anthropic Claude Code Cursor or similar.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment handle ambiguity and empathize with customers.Youre curious and a life-long learner: youre willing to take risks and champion new ideas.You are eager to help us in our mission to create a fundamentally better real estate experience for our customers.The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements. Base Pay Range: $125800.00 - 170100.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances including the position location individual qualifications market finances and other operational business needs.
