This role sits at the center of our application modernization strategydriving delivery of low-code Power Platform solutions API-based system integrations legacy application modernization and emerging Agentic AI projects.You will partner closely with business leaders developers architects and vendors to translate business challenges into scalable secure and innovative technology solutions that directly support the firms 3000 employees across North America and Australia. This is a highly visible opportunity to shape how modern digital solutions are delivered across a growing AEC organization.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of software development projects across:Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI)Legacy application modernization initiativesAPI-based system integrationsEmerging Agentic AI and automation solutionsOwn project planning scope management scheduling budgeting risk management and delivery executionServe as the primary liaison between IT development teams enterprise architecture vendors and business stakeholdersDrive Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies including backlog management sprint planning and release coordinationEnsure projects adhere to enterprise security architecture compliance and data governance standardsTranslate business requirements into clear functional specifications and technical delivery plansProactively manage cross-functional dependencies risks and issue resolutionTrack and report project performance metrics milestones and financials to IT and executive leadershipSupport vendor management including contract deliverables performance tracking and integration oversightChampion continuous improvement in software delivery processes and project execution maturityRequirementsBachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Engineering or related field7 years of IT project management experience with at least 4 years leading software development projectsDemonstrated experience managing:Low-code development platforms (Power Platform preferred)System-to-system integrations using APIsApplication modernization or legacy system replacementStrong proficiency with Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery modelsHands-on experience with:Project management tools (Azure DevOps Jira MS Project Smartsheet or equivalent)Requirements gathering backlog management and release planningProven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and manage executive-level stakeholdersStrong financial acumen for budget tracking forecasting and cost controlsExcellent communication facilitation and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced enterprise environmentSkills and ExperiencePMP PMI-ACP SAFe or Scrum Master certificationDirect experience with:Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Power BIAzure integration services and API managementExposure to AI/ML Copilot RPA and Agentic AI implementationsExperience working in private equitybacked or high-growth organizationsStrong background in application portfolio rationalization and modernization roadmapsFamiliarity with ITIL DevOps and enterprise architecture governance modelsMove Forward with Kleinfelder:Kleinfelder and its subsidiaries and affiliates has been connecting great people to the best work since 1961. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
