The Software Engineer will execute on all aspects of the software development lifecycle including design development testing deployment and maintenance of the e-commerce and growth applications.You enjoy fast-paced entrepreneurial environments where you can solve difficult problems using current technologies and tools. You collaborate well with other team members when brainstorming designing and implementing new solutions. You enjoy helping the team succeed by thinking about ways to improve processes suggesting ways to make the team more effective mentoring and modeling engineering best practices.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Engineering Manager.ResponsibilityBe open minded forward thinking and passionate about great softwareThink about how to solve problems in scale and build fault tolerant systemsDevelop testable high-quality and ship-ready code with ample test coverageWork with Product Management and other stakeholders to understand and translate commerce and growth teams and build end to end architecture and system designsLead the end to end architecture and systems designs by partnering with cross functional teams for the PLG orgMentor and address other senior and lead engineers and architects within the organizationRepresent PLG engineering org in all discussions with the stakeholdersIdentify and build POCs to solve technical challenges within the organization and recommend a scalable solutionExperience presenting software architecture to the executivesWork as part of a cross-site development team to drive the design implementation testing and release of productsJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.
