The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable, high-performance web applications, with a particular focus on enterprise application. You’ll work in a deeply iterative, collaborative, fast-paced environment with a team that takes pride in their craft and enjoys building software that delights our customers.Key responsibilitiesDesign and build efficient and reusable systems that drive complex applicationsPlan and deploy infrastructure necessary to build, test, and deploy our productsEnsure the security and integrity of application data in compliance with industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.QualificationsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Have at least 8 years of experience building production apps at scaleExperience of Software development in general purpose programming languages: Javascript, Typescript, Python, etcAre comfortable building complex applications and systems from the ground up.Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) is a significant plus.Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle issues with innovative solutions.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and have a growth mindset.Why BREVIAN?We are a very well funded seed stage startup.
