This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) business organization.In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a next-generation project that will advance the digital connectivity capability of Boeing Commercial Airplanes. You will collaborate with a group of engineers and contribute to the software design development and implementation.Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Level Software Engineers.Position Responsibilities:Designing and developing microservices for custom Linux solutions: You will leverage your expertise in technologies such as Containers API Inter-process Communication to design and develop scalable and resilient microservices that form the backbone of the application.Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with other software engineers architects product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements define technical solutions and ensure successful delivery of the application.Implementing best practices and coding standards: You will adhere to industry best practices and coding standards to ensure the application is robust maintainable and efficient. You will also contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers.Ensuring security and reliability: You will incorporate security measures and implement robust error handling and fault tolerance mechanisms to ensure the application is secure and reliable. Keeping up with emerging technologies: You will stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in computing microservices architecture and related technologies.
