DescriptionDescriptionWelcome to PXGEOPXGEO is an innovative marine geophysical service provider combining the strengths of ocean bottom and towed streamer seismic data acquisition techniques to deliver seamless subsurface imaging for a sustainable future.Whats the roleThis role will be part of our Manta Technology team andwill be responsible for leading the design and implementation of advanced user interfaces for Digest core applications. This position will play a critical role in transforming complex operational processes into an automated and consolidated addition this position will ensure that all front-end components meet the rigorous demands of offshore environments and align with PXGEOs seismic acquisition workflows. The role requires technical leadership architectural ownership and a commitment to delivering production-grade software that drives operational excellence across global marine deployments. Key responsibilities include:Lead the development of responsive secure and user-friendly applications.Architect front-end solutions that integrate seamlessly with APIs back-end database interfaces and efficient geophysical job processingDesign and implement user interfaces tailored to seismic acquisition workflows and geospatial analysisOptimize application performance for low-bandwidth and latency-sensitive environmentsEstablish and enforce front-end development standards conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure functional and aesthetic alignment across platformsMaintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of development processesInterface directly with PXGEOs operations and engineering teams to ensure platform alignment with field requirementsWho are we looking forBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related disciplineMinimum 2 years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on data-intensive applicationsProficiency in Python and web development (HTML PHP etc)Some C experience (preferred Qt framework experience)Familiarity with geospatial data interfaces and SQL query knowledge is highly desirableProven ability to lead development initiatives and deliver production-grade software under tight timelinesExcellent communication skills and a proactive solutions-oriented mindset Key Skills Bootstrap,CSS,Front-End Development,HTML5,React,Redux,Node.js,Angular,Less,JavaScript,backbone.js,Sass Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
