Bring your passion for AI and natural language processing and apply today!ResponsibilitiesContribute to the design and implementation of an AI Copilot for ArcGIS ProDesign, develop, and implement AI models, prompts, algorithms and agents in C# or Python , particularly focusing on natural language generation and understanding using LLMs and embedding modelsWrite scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code in C#, Python, or C++Build software that follows the latest industry-standard design patterns, development methodologies, and deployment modelsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and devise possible solutionsTranslate software requirements into stable, working, high-performance softwareStay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies like LLMs, multimodal models, text/embedding models, frameworks like LangChain and Semantic KernelRequirements2+ years of experience using the C# programming language and the .NET platform Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar roleExperience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similarFamiliarity with AI and Machine Learning conceptsDemonstrated knowledge of data structures and algorithmsKnowledge of REST APIs and HTTP-based web servicesStrong knowledge of GITBachelor’s in computer science, GIS, Mathematics, or related fieldRecommended QualificationsMaster’s in computer science, GIS, Mathematics, or related fieldExperience with natural language processing and generative modelsSolid knowledge of PythonExperience in C++Experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or AzureDemonstrated ability to self-direct, with an eagerness to learn and growExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical team members  #LI-RC2#LI-Hybrid
