Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:This position is currently filled, however we are accepting applications for Ready Replacement Pool consideration.Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to provide Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise (NRRE) Capabilities Support to Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR) Information Warfare (IW) Type Commander (TYCOM) as a Business System Analyst.NAVIFOR exercises responsibility as the Navy’s IW TYCOM to organize, man, train, equip, and maintain Navy IW Forces, and related activities to the required levels of current readiness afloat and ashore. The analyst will support NRRE processes and systems, contributing to the effective management and reporting of IW readiness.Key Responsibilities:Support roles within the Navy Training Information Management System (NTIMS) as User Group Analyst, Plan Editor, and Requirement Editor, assisting with the creation and revision of Mission Essential Task Lists (METLs), and the Navy Warfare Training Plan (NWTP)Utilize the NRRE-BI and IBM Cognos applications to develop tailored reports for IW readiness contextsPerform DRRS-based readiness reporting in accordance with current policy and doctrineSupport the integration of data from enterprise applications (e.g., GSORTS, OARs, PFOM, GFM NOS, RAVEN) into the DRRS readiness systemsRequirements:Qualifications:Five (5) years of experience working with NTIMS in the roles of User Group Analyst, Plan Editor, and Requirement Editor, supporting METL and NWTP creation and revision Expertise in using the RAVEN and NRRE-BI IBM Cognos applications to develop tailored reports in line with current policy and doctrineStrong analytical problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsDesired:Familiarity with the organization and hierarchy of the military rank and grade structureKnowledge of military terminology and Information Warfare operational conceptsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Research, Operations Management, Applied Psychology, or a related discipline)Clearance:Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret / SCI ClearanceIf you meet these qualifications and are ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply today!Prevailance, Inc. proudly supports veterans as a member of the V3 (Virginia Values Veterans) program and the Hire Vets initiative.
