Software Engineer Journeyman 2OM Group Inc. is hiring a Software Engineer Journeyman 2 who will be responsible for delivering advanced software solutions and integrations for DoD and Intelligence Community systems. This position requires deep technical expertise and the ability to tackle complex development challenges while working closely with other team members to achieve project goals.Responsibilities:Deliver application development enhancements and integration services for OHASIS and Socium GISLead complex software design development integration and testing for DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) systemsCollaborate within a cross-functional team environmentRequirements:Minimum 7 years of software development experience within the past 10 years including 5 years of complex experience for DoD or IC systemsProficiency in web-based application development languages and frameworks (e.g. JavaScript Python )Experience with relational databases APIs and geospatial technologiesExperience managing server environments software configurations and system security controlsKnowledge of DoD cybersecurity requirements including RMF and ATO processes.Familiarity with cloud and on-premises environmentsFamiliarity with Agile or iterative development methodologiesIAT Level II Certification (e.g. Security)Travel: up to 10%Active Secret Security ClearanceContingent upon award; expected to begin in January 2026Compensation will be determined based on several factors including relevant experience education skills certifications and market conditions with an expected range of $120000 to $140000OM Group Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) committed to compliance with all applicable federal state and local employment laws.
