A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Technical 401Pay Range: $28.60 - $42.93Job DescriptionJob Summary*PART-TIME 10-15 hours/week*Craft Education (acquired by WGU September 2024) is seeking an intern to join our growing engineering team for a part-time internship opportunity. Interns will be exposed to a variety of technical projects revolving around Crafts scaling SaaS Platform.ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining and updating departmental databases spreadsheets and content management systemsAssist in developing and testing software applications using Java and Angular frameworks.Contribute to building and deploying applications on AWS cloud servicesSupport the implementation and troubleshooting of office technology software applications and digital toolsHelp create and update technical documentation user guides and standard operating proceduresPerform data entry validation cleanup and basic reporting using Excel Google Sheets or database toolsAid in system testing form development and workflow automation projects using platforms like Google Workspace Microsoft 365 or institution-specific toolsProvide first-level technical support to staff and faculty including software setup printer troubleshooting and login/access issuesContribute to process improvement initiatives through research analysis and documentationCollaborate with IT staff or business analysts on technology-driven projects or service requestsPresent a final project or summary of learning to the team at the end of the internship.This job description includes a general representation of job requirements rather than a comprehensive inventory of all required responsibilities or work activities.
