Curantis Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Manager with deep domain expertise in hospice and palliative care billing and revenue cycle management (RCM). This role owns the strategy and execution of Curantis financial billing AR and month-end capabilitiesensuring accuracy compliance and strong financial performance for hospice and palliative provider organizations.Essential FunctionsLead product strategy for hospice & palliative billing AR month-end financials and claims workflowsTranslate CMS Medicaid and other related requirements into clear product requirementsOwn capabilities across 837 claim generation ERA/835 posting denials workflows Room & Board eligibility benefit periods and Part B palliative billingPartner with engineering to define and deliver billing logic validations financial calculations and revenue rulesCollaborate with hospice billers CFOs RCM teams and agency administrators to gather insights and convert them into actionable product initiativesBuild dashboards and reporting that support DSO improvement denial reduction and clean-claim performanceSupport clearinghouse integrations and payer rulesets.Drive roadmap planning ideation user stories acceptance criteria and work with UX on workflow designEvaluate success through billing accuracy claim acceptance rates AR performance and customer outcomes.Understand and align product direction with company revenue goalsConduct industry and competitive analysisto understand emerging trends in the hospice and palliative care spaceBuild collaborative relationshipswith key partners by communicating and prioritizing product roadmapsDrive on-time delivery of featuresTrack and present metrics around product use quality and statusWork ExperienceMore than 3 years experience as Product ManagerExperience with agile development practices and working with development teams on a daily basisBackground in hospice and palliative billing/RCM strongly preferredExperience building financial or clinical workflows in healthcare softwareEducationBachelors degree (Masters degree preferred)SkillsThe ideal candidate will demonstrate strong abilities in:Sound business judgmentProject managementOrganizationCommunication and presentation skillsInfluencing others internally and externallyQuantitative analysisScoping technical requirementsSolving complex challengesCustomer-centric focusUsing metrics to improve performanceThinking and acting both strategically and tacticallyApply at Experience:IC Key Skills Revenue Cycle Management,Athenahealth,ICD-10,Management Experience,Medical Coding,ICD-9,Medical Billing,Budget management,CPT Coding,Leadership Experience,Medicare,Supervising Experience Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
