Rittenhouse Square Chiropractic is a well-established, 4th-generation healthcare practice located in the heart of Center City Philadelphia. We specialize in advanced corrective care chiropractic, chronic pain treatment, and SoftWave Tissue Regenerative Therapy.
We are currently hiring for a unique dual-role position that combines:
• SoftWave Therapy Technician
• Chiropractic Assistant
This position is approximately:
• 50% SoftWave Therapy
• 50% Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Support

About the Role
Many of the patients we see have been struggling with chronic knee pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, back pain, headaches, sports injuries, or mobility issues for months — and often years.
One of the most rewarding parts of this position is watching patients improve physically, emotionally, and mentally as they finally begin healing and returning to activities they thought they had lost forever.
You will work closely with patients throughout their treatment process, helping guide them through therapies while creating an encouraging, supportive, and professional experience.
This is NOT simply a front desk position.
This is a hands-on clinical role where you become an important part of helping patients regain their quality of life.
What You’ll Do
• Perform SoftWave Tissue Regenerative Therapy treatments under doctor supervision
• Assist doctors with patient therapies and clinical flow
• Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported during care
• Assist with patient intake, scheduling, and coordination
• Maintain treatment rooms and therapy equipment
• Monitor patient comfort during procedures
• Help maintain a positive, efficient, and energetic office environment

Preferred Backgrounds (Not Required)
• Massage therapy
• Exercise science or kinesiology
• Chiropractic assistant
• Physical therapy aide
• Personal training or fitness
• Medical assistant
• Sports medicine
This position can be especially appealing for massage therapists looking to transition away from the repetitive physical strain of full-time bodywork while still remaining in a rewarding patient-care environment.
No prior SoftWave experience is necessary. Full training will be provided.

Schedule
• Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Thursdays: Flexible for training, administrative work, and overflow
(Team members arrive before and stay after patient hours for opening and closing responsibilities.)
