As a member of the DERs team you will assist with driving customer participation in programs that incentivize the adoption of distributed and community solar. Solar energy is critical in driving our nations progress toward a decarbonized grid and you will play a material role in helping our team make this future a reality. This unique market opportunity paired with Energy Solutions mission driven approach creates a perfect environment for individuals who want to have an active voice in shaping the energy future.The person filling this role will be required to work in a hybrid work environment adjacent to one of our offices (Chicago IL Oakland CA or Portland OR) and expected to be in the office a minimum of once a week.Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:Process complex project applications according to documented standard operating proceduresTrack progress of work assignments including work to be done and work completedProvide professional written communication/questions to customers who have submitted applicationsCommunicate with other team members and supervisors using collaboration tools to resolve application questionsMaintain a high degree of efficiency and accuracy while under time constraintsParticipate in team meetings and complete regular training sessions to expand program knowledgeMinimum qualifications:A bachelors degree orA minimum of 2 years of work experience or tenure in related position(s) in lieu of a Bachelors degreeStrong written communication skills (strong verbal skills a plus)Computer literate with experience in MS Office Suite. Salesforce experience a plusThe salary range for this role is $60000$70000/annually with a target compensation of $66500/annually based on experience and qualificationsCompensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package.
