This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership business acumen and hands-on experience in architecting AI-driven platforms that enhance operational efficiency customer engagement and monetization strategies.Location: Although our preference is for candidates based in Atlanta we welcome applications from qualified individuals nationwide.What will your job look like Customer Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions. Present architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps to stakeholders.Solution Design & Architecture: Define end-to-end AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solution architectures for telecom BSS/OSS systems. Integrate AI capabilities into existing Amdocs platforms and customer environments. Ensure scalability security and compliance with industry standards.Technology Leadership: Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks (LLMs multi-agent systems RAG orchestration platforms). Drive innovation by leveraging Agentic AI for autonomous workflows and decision-making.Delivery & Governance: Provide guidance to development teams on implementation best practices. Ensure alignment with Amdocs architecture principles and Telco-specific requirements.All you need is... Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.Experience: 8 years in solution architecture with at least 3 years in AI/ML-based solutions. Proven experience in Telco BSS/OSS domains (billing CRM order management network orchestration).Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch) GenAI models (LLMs transformers) and Agentic AI orchestration. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and microservices architecture. Proficiency in data engineering API integration and event-driven architectures.Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of telecom processes: customer lifecycle management service provisioning network operations. Experience with OSS/BSS integration patterns and TM Forum standards.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex solution designs.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with AI governance model lifecycle management and responsible AI practices.Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.Exposure to Amdocs product suite or similar Telco platforms.Why you will love this job: Work on cutting-edge AI solutions transforming the telecom industry.
