We appreciate the individuality of the people around us.About the Role:The Senior Regional Solutions Architect (SRSA) will be the consultative technology leader aligned with a solutions-focused capability who creates strong client intimacy with their technical expertise. The SRSA will provide education and thought leadership while translating client business requirements into implementable technology solutions. With the goal of driving both product and services revenue (NRR MRR/ARR) this role will focus on the creation and implementation of the solutions architecture by delivering presentations and demos writing proposals and documenting deliverables for DVS as well as supporting POC/POVs and billable or non-billable workshops. The cornerstone of this role will also focus on building deep client relationships gaining trust and enabling client success.What Youll Do:Partner with GM and sales leadership to develop and execute a regional engineering strategy in alignment with the Trace3s overall vision and objectives.Manage and optimize engineering operations ensuring high standards of quality efficiency and effectiveness.Lead mentor and develop a high-performing architectural engineering team. This includes the recruitment training and ongoing performance evaluation.Work with the regional engineering and sales teams to bring new regionally relevant offerings to marketEnsure our regional relevance with select partners through engineering excellenceOversee the planning execution and successful completion of regional engineering projects ensuring they meet deadlines budgets and quality standards.Drive technological innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering function promoting the adoption of best practices and cutting-edge technologies.Develop and manage the regional engineering budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.Collaborate with regional senior management other regional engineering leaders CTO Business Unit leaders and the Operational Leadership Team to align engineering efforts with business goals and address key issues.Ensure that all engineering activities comply with Trace3s engineering standards and guidelines.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of engineering engagements and operations.Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with engineering projects and operations to minimize impact on the business.Qualifications & Interests:Bachelors degree from an accredited universityMinimum of 10-15 years of experience in engineering with at least 5-7 years in a senior management or leadership roleMinimum of 5-10 years of experience working in direct sales engineering or in a sales engineering adjacent environment a VAR an OEM an MSSP etc.Proven track record of transformational change within an engineering organizationPassion on a cellular level for technology and driving clint-facing change.Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale and complex engineering projectsExperience in managing and developing engineering teams including recruitment training and performance managementStrong financial and business acumen with understanding of a multi-faceted business operationExperience in developing and managing budgets for engineering operations with a track record of cost control and financial efficiencyDemonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution with a focus on aligning engineering efforts with business goalsStrong influencing skills to get things done and inspire business transformationAbility to partner and collaborate with business and sales leaders across the companyHighly organized detail-oriented excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced high-volume and evolving work environmentAbility to approach customer and sales requests with a proactive and consultative manner; listen and understand user requests and needs and effectively deliverExcellent oral written communication and presentation skills with an ability to present security related concepts to C-Level Executives and non-technical audienceConflict negotiation and problem-solving skills and agilityAbility to travel when neededActual salary will be based on a variety of factors including location experience skill set performance licensure and certification and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
