Be part of a team of problem-solving ninjas who thrive equally on under the hood technical action as well as world-class customer support.About youBachelors degree in any Engineering discipline Computer Science Information Technology or similar work experienceExcellent at problem solving and a talent for identifying creative solutionsDesire to work closely with our customers to help lead continual improvement in the availability performance functionality and security of our platformFlexibility to provide after business hours support (rotation every 10 or so weeks)Up to 1 quarter per year working an adjusted schedule may be required (Sunday->Thursday or Tuesday->Saturday); 1 weekly on-call rotation per quarterKeen to provide exceptional customer interaction (verbal/written) to our biggest customersNice to haveProgramming / scripting (e.g. Java Perl Ruby C# PHP)RDBMS platforms (e.g. MySql Oracle SQL Server)Systems administration (e.g. Linux Windows)Tools and ResourcesTraining and Development: During onboarding we focus on equipping new hires with the skills and knowledge for success through department-specific training.
