Job Description

C programming JTAG debugging experience Wired and wireless communication protocol knowledge 70% SW and 30% HW debugging expected Firmware knowledge with drivers and bring up experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for embedded solutions to customers and internal teams. Assist field engineers and sales teams with pre-sales and post-sales technical queries. Diagnosing and resolving issues related to Power Connectivity and Microcontrollers based solutions. Conduct on-site visits for support requests and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Document solutions and share best practices for recurring technical challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Power systems (power management power supply design) Connectivity protocols (wired and wireless communication standards) Microcontrollers (architecture programming debugging) Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems quickly. Excellent communication skills for customer interaction. Passion for problem-solving and supporting technical teams. Willingness to travel for on-site support as needed.
