Were seeking revenue professionals who are passionate about solving complex compensation challenges and driving measurable business impact for the worlds most innovative companies.Pre-Sales Team @ PaveThe Solution Consultant team serves as the technical bridge between sales and customer success architecting compensation solutions that align with each customers unique HRIS ecosystem data infrastructure and business requirements. We tackle the complex challenge of integrating modern compensation management into diverse enterprise environments where legacy systems fragmented data sources and varying technical maturity levels create barriers to implementing transparent equitable and scalable compensation practices.As a Solutions Consultant on the Pave team youll partner with sales to design and demonstrate how our compensation platform transforms complex pay data into actionable insights while ensuring seamless integration with customers existing HR tech stacks and workflows.What Youll Do:Possess exceptional knowledge of enterprise HRIS Performance Management and ATS systems within the SaaS ecosystem display outstanding presentation skills and have strong team valuesBe pulled into demos discussions and various use-case scenarios assisting reps on various types of technical and implementation conversations particularly around integrations system architecture security and data privacyScope services engagements for all enterprise prospects both for internal services teams and key implementation partnersUnderstand the product in every aspect and are capable of communicating the business value of those details to potential prospects and existing clientsSolution creative non-standard technical solutions for customers looking to leverage the extensibility of the Pave platformPartner with account executives by leading the technical sale process for customers including discovery demonstrations pilot management training due diligence and security discussionsJoin technically-oriented calls and conversations with prospects and clients particularly with HRIT and People Operations teamsDocument pre-sales findings and solutions discussed to be reviewed with implementation services to ensure an amazing customer experienceAssist with and advise on HRIS Performance Management and ATS integration implementationsDocument and negotiate enterprise SOWs and add-on services for compensation planning implementationsSpearhead RFP and Security Questionnaire completion with dedicated coordinatorWhat Youll Bring:5 years of solution consulting/sales engineering experience ideally with a SaaS Enterprise solution or equivalent experience managing a tech-stack in-houseConsistent over-achievement in past experiencesDriven adaptable and great communication skillsTechnically adept experienced with HRIS Performance Management and compensation technologies preferredStrong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API frameworksExperience with security and compliance frameworks (SOC2 GDPR etc.)Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholdersCompensation Its What We Do.Salary is just one component of Paves total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Pave will include equity top-notch medical dental and vision coverage an unlimited PTO policy and many other region-specific benefits. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience which you can always ask the hiring manager about to understand in more detail.
