Prudent Technology is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team designing developing and delivering mission-critical programs at our firm. We are starting exciting and challenging projects for new federal government project to provide enterprise Data Analytics Shared Services (DASS) for the agency business process and workflows analytical data management and reporting capabilities.Salary - $180 - 210KRemote with Onsite Meeting at Client and Corporate OfficeWhat You Will Do:This position provides technical leadership in delivery of leading data analytics solutions as a Solution Architect. You will be working closely with team of data engineers business analysts data scientists and cloud engineers. You will be responsible for leading DASS high-performance application design and database architecture cross-platform technical guidance and problem resolution using existing and emerging technology platforms. The Delivery Lead shall have the ability to perform but not limited to data engineering tasks AI/ML implementation data infrastructure/operations and data security engineer tasks in cloud environments. Job Responsibilities:Plan manage and provide technical oversight for development teamLead one or more multi-disciplinary teams to deliver excellent products and services Collaborate with the Product Owner Task Order Managers and other government and contractor personnel.Maintain accountability for product quality and delivery.Use modern techniques and frameworks for data development.Develop using modern standards including strict mode compliance modularization techniques and tools and frameworks and libraries.Use relational and non-relational database systems.Participate in data discovery and requirements gathering sessions with IT Data Team staff and other subject matter experts.Work in a team environment that uses agile delivery methodology.Use version control systemsDevelop and document the flow of data at the element level from outside sources and the passage and usage of this data through the clients systems.Manage creation of a comprehensive searchable data object inventory.Inventory all client business intelligence reports (Tableau Microstrategy Cognos Qlik) based on relational and dimensional sources.Communicate the solution concepts to stakeholders at all level.Minimum Experience/Skills Required:Must have a minimum of Fifteen (15) years of experience in the Information Technology field focusing on implementation projects using DevSecOps and AWS cloud environments5 years of experience managing projects across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)5 years of experience managing IT projects and successful delivery of IT transformation and change management programs.5 years of experience with major technologies across platforms: Oracle PostgreSQL OBIEE/OAS SAP BusinessObjects DataStage Pentaho Jenkins GitLab5 years of experience directly managing teams. AWS CertificationExperience with full stack data architecture delivery including at least three (3) years of experience in AWS Shall have at least three (3) years of specific software engineering experience related to data servicesShall possess experience in large scale high performance enterprise big data application deployment and data architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in AWSShall possess experience with automation and engineering tasks data infrastructure/operations and security engineer tasks in cloud environmentsSolid understanding of CI/CD pipeline such as Snap Jenkins Concourse etcBasic experience in: Kotlin Scala Cassandra Kubernetes GRPC Lamdas TypeScript Prometheus or design patternExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesSolid understanding of Git/GithubExperience delivering solutions using Agile delivery practicesMinimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree in engineering or computer science.
