We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization and we know the next big idea could be yours!The Opportunity As a strategic problem solver and trusted technical advisor you will lead the pre-sales engagement for Adobes Digital Experience Cloud solutions within the Federal Civilian sector. Partnering closely with the Public Sector sales team you will showcase the value of Adobes technology through tailored presentations and demonstrations. Aid government agencies by overcoming obstacles improving service provision and improving user happiness.What youll DoAs a Senior Solution Consultant you will:Collaborate with account executives to position Adobe solutions that address complex customer challenges.Lead discovery sessions to understand agency goals and requirements.Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that showcase Adobes value and impact.Scope and architect solutions aligned to customer needs including responses to RFPs and technical evaluations.Serve as a trusted advisor articulating Adobes point of view and guiding customers through the technical sales process.Partner across Adobes ecosystemincluding product engineering and customer success teamsto ensure alignment and drive long-term customer value and success.Industry Focus You will support U.S. Federal Civilian agencies helping them modernize digital experiences and improve service delivery through innovative secure and scalable solutions.What youll need to succeed Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of 6 years in a pre-sales consulting or software development role focused on enterprise software and cloud/SaaS solutions.Hands-on experience with marketing technologies web development (HTML5 JavaScript CSS) web protocols and analytics tools.Outstanding communication and presentation abilities with the skill to involve senior-level customers and guide discussions on business needs.Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer meetings and solution workshops.Prior experience working with U.S. Federal Civilian agencies is highly preferred.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$280300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
