As a Solutions Consultant you will be responsible for the overall design and analysis of customer requirements for a Treasury management system and for implementing the functionality that meets these requirements on time and on budget.The ideal candidate for the Solutions Consultant role will be able to leverage prior experience in treasury finance relationship banking or Fintech related roles and apply an understanding of our enterprise level customers complex financial needs to implement an appropriate solution.What Were Looking For:Intellectual Curiosity: In this role you will always be presented with new and different ways of approaching a problem. Were looking for somebody who knows that software is a team sport who values collaboration and who is always growing and seeking to improve their own skills.What You Will Do:Lead discovery sessions with clients on their business/ technical requirements/ processGather and intimately understand full requirements and document the scope of implementationHelp support & troubleshoot delivered work throughout implementationEnsure client expectations are met / exceeded in terms of product set up and services deliveredProvide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channelsTier 2 support for any escalated client issues related to financial instrumentsEnsure implementation proceeds on-specification and budgetParticipate in building and implementation of the solutionArticulate design rationale and functional strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing goalsSpecific Experience for the Role:Proven experience in a corporate Treasury and/or Treasury Management softwareProven track record in project work including implementing treasury systems with good knowledge of project management toolsA good team player with ability to act on own initiativeAbility to quickly identify analyze and resolve problems / issuesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven organizational leadership and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skills ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levelsExcellent listening presentation and consultative skillsAble to multi-task re-prioritize and adapt to rapidly changing needs and fast pace environmentsStrong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior managers in client based environmentsThorough understanding of Treasury functions within a Corporate Treasury Financial Institutions or related fieldExperience with Software-as-a-service technology solutionsEducation Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business preferred or equivalent experienceEnrollment in CFA CTP or other professional program a plusWhat You Will Get:A high impact high visibility role at a growing SaaS company that values personal growth accountability and the concept of good work.A great management team and reporting structure that supports you and your growthA culture of open collaboration and problem solvingAn empowered role on the Solutions team responsible for driving business valueGreat benefits and cultureOur benefits include:Salary: The expected annual median salary for this role is $90000.
