Job Description

Solutions Consultant We are seeking a highly skilled and consultative Solutions Consultant to deliver impactful high-quality sessions for both prospective and existing this role you will work closely with internal teams to prepare tailored demonstrations support RFP responses and guide organizations through discovery and evaluation of our solutions. This is a client-facing solutions-focused position-not a sales representative role. You will travel up to 50% to deliver onsite in-depth presentations and must have a strong understanding of the trust industry including regulatory and fiduciary requirements. Your ability to translate complex business needs into clear relevant solution strategies will be essential. Key Internal Interactions: Executive Director of Sales: Provides direction priorities and task assignments aligned with revenue goals. Solutions Consultant Team Lead: Guides session preparation training industry education ongoing mentorship and presentation development. Product Management: Receives your insights and feedback on feature enhancements and market needs discovered during demonstrations. Regional Sales Managers: Collaborate to design effective targeted presentations and document follow-up actions for prospect inquiries. Cross-department Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate timely responses for all RFP submissions. Key External Interactions: You will engage regularly with prospective clients through virtual and in-person demonstrations and occasionally with existing clients during conferences and organization-sponsored events. The role also involves interaction with strategic partners whose products and services integrate with our platform. Challenges & Opportunities: This position requires deep knowledge of trust operations-including administrative operational and investment functions-along with a strong understanding of regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities. You must excel in organization time management and preparation for consultative sessions. Travel may be required up to 50%.
