Solutions Engineer (Remote) at IQVIA

The Solutions Engineer (SE) Team within the IQVIA Digital Data Management organization supports the Media Operating System (OS) platform. Solutions Engineers provide end-to-end IMOS Physician Level Data (PLD) reporting support for platform clients. Working side-by-side with data product engineering and client services this team has tremendous autonomy to tackle user problems/needs and help drive the business to success every day. Together we build innovative commercial products and technical solutions through collaboration empathy and a readiness to challenge the status quo. Ideal candidates are consultative analytical technically minded and passionate about driving results.About the Job:Own key areas of IQVIAs analytics and reporting infrastructureWork closely with our Client Services team to understand client landscape and scale offerings for key accountsCultivate a deep understanding of our client reporting audience segmentation and data needsAct as a subject matter expert (SME) during client meetings to gauge new requests and help guide key accounts through IQVIAs unique capabilities and data solutionsWork directly with Sales and Product to evolve IQVIAs platform solutions to meet our client needsUnderstand the feasibility methodology and structural components of all areas of IQVIAs platform and reporting capabilitiesQualifications:Bachelors Degree2-5 years of relevant experienceAbility to prioritize workload and self-manage across multiple clients projects and teamsProficiency in scoping breaking down and building out technical requests into business solutionsExperience in supporting client facing technical scoping planning and implementationAdvanced knowledge of SQL ability to analyze data of any kind and identify/resolve issuesAbility to work with complex datasets and a familiarity with ETL processesAbility to learn our technology: Alteryx Google Cloud Storage BigQuery File Transfer Protocols (FTP/sFTP) DBeaver SQL Server Jira ConfluencePreferred:Knowledge of digital media buying and/or hands-on experience with digital media reportingHealthcare industry knowledge across payer provider pharma digital healthKnowledge of pharma media measurement and reporting landscapeIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
