SSI (U.S.) Inc. d/b/a Spencer StuartSpencer Stuart is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer F/M/Disability/Vet/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity.Location: PhiladelphiaFull/Part Time: Full timeReq ID: R4392Role of Solutions Specialist (with major in Assessment)At Spencer Stuart, our Solutions represent our commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence across our organization, and our Solutions Hub is the enabling function that will allow us to bring the best possible market-ready solutions to our clients.The role of the Solutoins Specialist has the following responsibilities:Works with the Methodologies Lead and the team on both the 1-2 year horizon and the 3+ year horizon, supporting the development, standardization and maintenance of state-of-the-art assessment methodologies and tools, ensuring they are and remain reliable, relevant and validLeads on workstreams and sprints, such as EXI 3.0; assessment protocols; context diagnostic; career diagnostic; reporting; ensures timely delivery and effective teamingWorks with the Spencer Stuart Technology team to evolve and maintain a global database; analyses data to inform thought leadership or new solutions (together with the Data & Insights lead)Analyses psychometric properties of the tools including reliability, usability, validity; developing or updating technical manuals and user/practitioner guidesSupports individual development workstreamKEY RELATIONSHIPSReports to:Methodologies LeadOther Key Relationships:Program DirectorVarious Sprint TeamsSpencer Stuart Technology TeamMethodologies Lead's Executive AssistantColleagues in the Solutions HubLocal peers and colleaguesREQUIRED EXPERIENCEFive or more years of experience in executive assessment, leadership advisory or other professional services settingsAn advanced degree from a highly competitive university in Organizational psychology or related fieldCertification or experience using psychometrics, such as Hogan, OPQ or Sova PQADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCEPhD in Organizational Psychology or related fieldDeveloping or validating assessment tools or other psychometricsDirect interaction or experience with executive-level clientsCRITICAL CAPABILITIES FOR SUCCESSPassion for and expertise in assessments and psychometricsResult-focused, learning-oriented, self-driven, and pro-activeAbility to take the lead on, shape, bring structure to and deliver on ambiguous initiativesGreat collaborator and relationship builderStrong critical and conceptual thinkerExcellent written and spoken knowledge of the English languagePREFERRED CAPABILITIESProficiency in statistics and use of statistical packages including SPSS and SASSuperior business writing skills, as evidenced through project work or writing samples to be provided upon request.General business acumen, as defined by a keen and quick understanding of a range of business situations/contextsWritten and spoken command of additional languages besides EnglishSpencer Stuart is a proud equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
