Job Description

The Dinex Group, is looking for an Experienced Sommelier for Joji, the Michelin Star Omakase restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the fundamentals of Japanese food, wine and service standards as well as a professional demeanor and, most importantly, the desire to learn and potential for growth in the company.The Sommelier is responsible for serving guests in a warm, accommodating and professional manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. They are in charge of wine/sake pairings and should always be present on the floor making sure that service runs smoothly. Skills, Abilities and Experience:Sake and Wine with the food pairing knowledgeSake/Wine/Whisky base cocktail knowledge A+Glassware knowledge2 years of fine dining experience (Japanese restaurant preferred).Maintain a professional demeanor at all timesThe Dinex Group LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
