Sonographer – Breast Imaging (Full-Time)

We are seeking a Full-Time Sonographer to join one of the most prestigious breast specialty clinics in the Rochester, NY area. This state-of-the-art center is dedicated to delivering exceptional diagnostic imaging services in support of oncology patients.

Position Overview

In this role, you will perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound imaging to support the care and treatment planning of breast and oncology patients. You will collaborate closely with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure an efficient workflow and an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality breast and general ultrasound imaging
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and compassionate care throughout procedures
• Operate sonography equipment and maintain accurate documentation
• Review images for quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support timely diagnoses
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound/Sonography program
• Current ARDMS certification (AB, OB/GYN, or Breast registry strongly preferred)
• New York State licensure (if applicable by modality)
• Prior breast or oncology imaging experience preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $32–$50/hour (based on experience)
