Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesLead Fulfillment for Pensacola operations Ensure material delivery without disruption to shop and with 98% on-time to the final customer expectationsPartner with the Manufacturing and Global Fulfillment teams to ensure the master production plan can be fulfilled by the supply chain teamImplement standard work tools for the fulfillment teamDrive problem solving culture with local team to continuously improve KPIs while resolving fulfillment issuesSupport and collaborate with GCLs / Supply Chain teams for cost-out programs and other strategic initiativesManage Regional inventory targets and improve/stabilize on-hand supply to drive improvementOwn regional ECO cut-in changes while collaborating with the Master SchedulerCollaborate with Regional teams to identify total system and process gaps to delivery improvements and standardization for fulfillmentManage / Lead a team of lead professionalsRequired QualificationsMinimum of 8 years of Supply Chain experienceProven capability of delivering results and business outcomes in a dynamic environmentThorough understanding of business processes with special focus to Supply ChainProven problem solving skills data oriented and systematic skillsOracle ERP ExperienceAbility and flexibility to travel as job requiresDesired CharacteristicsBroad understanding of business processes including material planning material purchasing inventory and S&OPSix Sigma and Lean ProficiencyAbility to work horizontally across different business processes functions and geographiesStrong oral and written communication skills. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
