Sourcing Specialist

Move Forward with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring a Sourcing Specialist in San Diego, CA. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will:

• Source new domestic and international suppliers for a variety of mechanical components and parts
• Analyze pricing, supplier performance and bids to narrow suppliers down to top 3 in a team environment; working across multiple departments
• Negotiate costs and pricing
• Continuously analyze supplier performance and build relations and source new suppliers

This is a full-time one-year temporary role with potential to go temp to hire. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm (plus overtime as needed including Saturdays) requiring you work full time, onsite at the facility. The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 years of years experience in a Sourcing role
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Be able to pass a 7 year criminal background check and drug test

Pay Rate: $43.26 - $50.48 per hour DOE *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
