Here's what our compensation package looks like:Base Pay:$24–$26 per hour based on experienceEquivalent to $50,000–$54,000 annuallyBonus Potential:Up to $18,000 annually in monthly performance bonusesEarn $500, $1,000, or $1,500 per month depending on resultsTotal Annual Compensation:$56,000–$63,000 annually for candidates with 1–3 years of management experience$66,000–$72,000 annually for experienced leaders (3–5+ years) who consistently hit performance goalsWe set realistic, attainable goals that our team members hit consistently.
