The role is responsible for executing activities including registrations scheduling time-of-service collections and obtaining authorizations and providing same-day admission notification to payers. Youll offer friendly courteous assistance to patients provide support to the clinical care team and exhibit a positive and professional demeanor at all times.Take a tour of our campus: Time (40 hours)Day ShiftWeekend Work RequiredJob training will take place during day shift hours regardless of the shift the incumbent is hired for. There are 5 compulsory one-day training sessions over two weeks time.Location:Johns Hopkins Hospital1800 Orleans St. Baltimore MDQualifications:Candidates must successfully pass the required JHM-approved Spanish language assessment prior to a job offer.HS Diploma or GEDOne year of relevant experienceRequires proficiency in the use of a multi-line telephone and nursing call bell.
