Note: The position is Hybrid (Tue-Thurs in office (Mon and Fri WFH . Position Details: Position: Customer Service Specialist Industry: Banking/Financial Services Job duration: 6 months (Possible Extension/Conversion) Location: Tempe, AZ 85288 (Hybrid post Training) Training: Completely Onsite - 1 month Schedule: Monday - Friday (Business Hours) Pay Range: $23 - 24/hour Pay Structure: Bi-Weekly - Once every two weeks Interview Process: Video Interview - 30 minutes - MS Teams Project Scope / Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Team is supporting a customer service initiative focused on call routing, customer triage, pipeline management, and referral handling efficiency. Support low-complexity customer service initiatives while helping manage inbound customer needs, callbacks, documentation, referral handling, and pipeline tracking. The team is also gathering feedback and metrics around conversion rates and pilot effectiveness. Focused heavily on customer engagement. Call routing and triaging customer needs. Managing callbacks, follow-ups, and documentation. Tracking contact attempts and managing the pipeline. Reviewing referral handling efficiency and workload balancing. Required Skills: Bilingual - English and Spanish. 6+ months of customer service / call center / contact center experience.
