Key Qualifications:

• Active New Hampshire Educator Teaching Certification is required
• Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher, specifically with students in 1st through 4th grades

• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage a resource setting classroom, providing targeted special education services to students in grades 1st through 4th
• Collaborate with two other case managers, each supporting a balanced caseload of about 15-20 students
• Partner with paraprofessionals and behavior specialists to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Occasionally provide push-in support within general education classrooms
• Facilitate academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth for students on your caseload through personalized strategies
• Engage in pre- and post-planning as needed to prepare for a successful school year
