Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire Educator Teaching Certification is required
- Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher, specifically with students in 1st through 4th grades
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with a team of case managers and support professionals
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a resource setting classroom, providing targeted special education services to students in grades 1st through 4th
- Collaborate with two other case managers, each supporting a balanced caseload of about 15-20 students
- Partner with paraprofessionals and behavior specialists to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Occasionally provide push-in support within general education classrooms
- Facilitate academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth for students on your caseload through personalized strategies
- Engage in pre- and post-planning as needed to prepare for a successful school year
