JOB DESCRIPTION
Special Education Teacher
Full-Time Year-Round School Setting Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Willow Academy is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Special Education Teacher to join our dedicated team in a structured, supportive school setting in Littleton, CO. This is a uniquely impactful role where you can deliver individualized, specialized instruction within a collaborative environment designed to help students build the academic, behavioral, communication and functional skills needed to successfully transition to less restrictive settings.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a ground-up program focused on merging the best qualities of in-center ABA services with the atmosphere of a school environment. You'll work closely with students with intensive and diverse learning needs, collaborate with clinical and behavior teams, and receive ongoing interdisciplinary support within a highly structured model.
Why join the Willow Academy team?
At Willow Academy, we want our employees to know they are secure, significant, and accepted. We understand that supporting students with complex learning and behavioral needs requires strong teamwork and meaningful support. That's why we provide robust training, daily collaboration, and ongoing mentorship. Your onboarding will be tailored to your learning style to ensure you feel confident and supported before taking on independent responsibilities. Just like we teach our students to embrace their differences, we encourage our team to do the same. Your unique perspectives and strengths are not only welcome, they are needed.
We're a small, family-owned organization that prioritizes the wellbeing of our staff and students. Class sizes are intentionally small, and you'll be supported by a comprehensive administrative, educational, and clinical team so you can focus on what matters most: delivering meaningful, high-quality instruction.
What makes this role different?
Year-Round Stability: Enjoy the structure of the school day while maintaining consistent, year-round employment.
