Job Description

The candidate for this position will be responsible for: Assisting in the production, facilitation and execution of large scale and signature special events. Directing special ticket opportunities year-round. Assisting with concept creation, site selection, budget development, vendor coordination, expense management, setup, breakdown, hospitality and post-event evaluation. Serving as the primary lead for sponsorships in all markets, documenting and executing sponsorship benefits. Requirements for the position include: A minimum of two years demonstrated event experience Creative, highly organized and a detail-oriented thinker who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with professional problem-solving, multi-tasking, and working with deadlines. The ability to anticipate needs. Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours and to travel when necessary. Preferred qualifications for this role include: Bachelor’s degree in a related field Three+ years of demonstrated event experience EEO/Veterans/Disabled
