If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems, this opportunity offers the perfect blend of challenge and growth.ResponsibilitiesResolve billing issues quickly and professionally by partnering with clients and internal teams.Ensure accurate payment application and reconcile any discrepancies across accounts.Stay ahead of overdue balances by monitoring accounts and driving timely follow-up.Prepare and analyze aging reports to keep leadership informed on outstanding receivables.Create and deliver invoices promptly to maintain smooth cash flow.ExperienceAt least 3 years of hands on Accounts Receivable experience including invoicing, cash applications and collectionsProficiency in Excel including pivot tables and vlookupsStrong communication both written and verbalAble to work independently and stay organizedOur client offers medical, dental and vision insurance as well as variety of other benefits!Pay Details: $23.00 to $29.00 per hourSearch managed by: Jessica Robbins Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
