MARKETING TEAM OPERATIONS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENTSupport working during the Business Planning process in the presentation BP Tool and alignment with the Marketing DepartmentsSupport the development of key stakeholder decks and presentations i.e. Business Plan master deckCreate compelling presentations and spreadsheets to support the MLTSupport with coordination and communication across the Head of Marketing Regions and the five VPs of MarketingSupport the organization of the Marketing Hub page (intranet) as well as the support of assets on the site for regionsSupport with the organization of Monthly Marketing reports from the regions and Dashboard & KPIs follow-upsSupport with back-end organization and briefing of the Regional Creative approachProvide planning and on-site support for select projects and events across the market on an as-needed basisProvide ad-hoc project management support TRAINING AND DEPARTMENTAL MEETINGSSupport the development of trainings dedicated to the Marketing team for new member induction ongoing training for current employees and updated training on new capabilities tools and trendsWork with the Talent team to guarantee a Red Bull experience during Flight Academy supporting consulting and vetting activities meeting content and giftsSupport the education of other departments on the basics of Red Bull MarketingResearch different training opportunities locations tools and needsSupport Marketing departments to plan and execute department-specific trainingsQualifications : Bachelors degree or related work experienceStrong verbal and written communication and a natural storytellerAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel knowledgePhotoshop/Illustrator knowledge preferredActively listens understands and addresses key points independentlyEffectively works with and through a range of peopleBuilds strong relationships quicklyOperates with a sense of urgency and proactivenessHas intuition and follow-throughAble to handle multiple tasks concurrently and saves time for othersConsistent time-management skillsCollaborative calm friendly and professional demeanor at all times; diplomatic when saying noOrganized but flexible with the ability to anticipate change and to react efficiently and quicklyHigh level of integrity; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionPowerPoint and Excel skillsAdditional Information : This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.The base salary range for this position is $65600 - 98400 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
