Each employee is a part of what makes us unique on the market: agile and dedicated.Time Type:RegularJob Description :Specialist ProvisioningDepartment: Network Engineering and OperationsReports to: Manager Service Activation and DeliverySummaryUnder general supervision process and support Breezeline Business VOIP PRI Commercial WiFi and standard voice orders and services for all regionsEssential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)Perform remote provisioning of devices and associated portals related to the above servicesManage tasks within the sales environment systems related to open sales opportunitiesPlace orders to acquire necessary equipment to fulfill pending installationsObtain Customer Service Records (CSRs) from customers current telephone service providerEnter customer address and billing information into the Breezeline billing systemTransfer and verify information between billing and data systems for third party order processingAssign static IP addresses and provide information to customers as requiredCoordinate with Sales and field personnel to ensure that all aspects of orders are processed as accurately and efficiently as possibleProvide technical guidance and support to internal and external colleagues and customers during installation and support activities for enterprise level servicesAssist in the resolution of tickets related to commercial voice WiFi and mobile porting issuesTo perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems Google Workspace application suite and SalesforceFamiliarity with data modems MTAs ATAs Hosted PBX equipment VOIP networking SIP Protocol IP routing and switching mobile phones WiFi PRI and associated enterprise equipment is preferredSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.CompetenciesTo perform the job successfully an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Adaptability: Able to work alone or in a team environmentFlexibility: Able to remain open-minded and change opinions on the basis of new information; performs a wide variety of tasks and can change focus quickly as demands change; manages transitions effectively from task to task; adapts to varying customer needs.Initiative: Able to bring about great results from ordinary circumstances; prepares for problems or opportunities in advance; transforms leads or ideas into productive business outcomes; undertakes additional responsibilities and responds to situations as they arise without supervision.Decision Making: Able to solve problems while exhibiting good judgement and a realistic understanding of issues; uses reasons even when dealing with emotional topics reviews facts and weighs options.Communication: Clearly conveys information through a variety of media (verbal written e-mail v-mail etc.) in a way that engages the audience and helps them understand and remember the message; listens wellSelf-development and continuous learning: Stays informed of current industry trends; actively identifies opportunities for learning; learns and applies new concepts to improve job performance; shares information with others on the job; takes responsibility for career developmentCustomer Focus: Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery; does what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction; addresses and resolves service failures; prioritizes customer needs; makes customer and their needs a primary focus of actionQualificationsTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers clients and other employees in the organization.Mathematical SkillsAbility to add subtract multiply and divide all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
