Specialist Sales & Marketing Operations

As a Specialist Sales & Marketing Operations, you will be a vital part of our team, driving the success of our sales and marketing strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in overseeing and enhancing the operational aspects, ensuring a seamless and productive environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage and calculate Spiffs/STIs to incentivize and reward sales teams, boosting performance.
  • Process Spark points for positive customer reviews, encouraging a culture of excellence.
  • Accurately code and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and maintaining financial records.
  • Develop and implement streamlined sales and marketing operational processes, enhancing efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data, identifying trends and areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams, understanding their needs and providing effective operational support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and ethical work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance our operations.
  • Provide regular, data-driven reports and insights to management, offering recommendations for strategic decisions.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans, contributing to the achievement of business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong academic background.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing operations, demonstrating a proven track record.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools is highly advantageous, showing a commitment to staying updated.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
